How long does my order take to ship?

If your order is on preorder, please refer to the anticipated ship date within the listing. If you do not receive a notification by then, please feel free to reach out. If your order is in-stock, please allow 2-4 business days for your item to ship.

Do you offer free shipping? 

We offer free expedited parcel shipping on all orders over $250 CAD. All other North American orders are charged a flat rate of $12.50 in BC, $15 in Canada and $18 in the USA.

What is your return policy? 

This is a preorder item, because this is being custom made for you, we do not allow cancellations after 12 hours. Once the item has been delivered, our regular return/exchange policy applies.

All sale and marked down items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Regular priced merchandise may be returned or exchanged, however we must be notified within 5 business days of delivery of the intent to return/ exchange and must receive the item back within 14 days of delivery.

Order cancellation is only accepted within the first 12 hours of the placement of your order. Additionally, if your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and our typical return policy must be followed.

Please note the return and exchange shipping costs are not covered by Emma Knudsen and are the responsibility of the customer. For exchanges, Emma Knudsen will cover the expense to ship your new item.
