All items purchased at a discount of any amount, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to the deeply discounted nature of the sale. We do not offer price adjustments.  If you purchased the item for a gift, we will honour store credit only for the gift's recipient. Return Policy

Holiday Return Policy
Holiday gifts purchased at regular price after November 1, 2021 are eligible for our extended holiday return policy. Items may be returned for store credit or direct size exchange (stock permitting). We must be notified of the intent to return by January 3, 2022 and the item must be returned to our studio by January 17, 2022

Refunds to the original method of payment will only be permitted under our standard return policy, within 14 days of their original delivery date. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Regular Priced Merchandise
Regular price items are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their original delivery date.

Sale Merchandise
Any items purchased at a reduced price (either on markdown or during a sale) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. No Exceptions. 

Cancellations will only be permitted on unshipped orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. No cancellations are permitted on pre-order items.

Price Adjustments
Please note that we do not offer price adjustments. 

Initiating a Return or Exchange 
If you would like to return or exchange a regular priced item, you must be in contact with our team at within 5 days of receiving the item to receive your return instructions. 

The item must be returned back to our studio within 14 days of the original delivery date. Anything received after this point will not be eligible for a refund.  

Only one exchange per item is permitted. If an exchanged item is not suitable, a store credit will be issued for the original amount paid (less any shipping fees). 

While we offer free shipping on all orders above $150, we do not provide prepaid return labels. Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. If exchanging, we will cover the costs of shipping the new item or size back to you once your returned item has been received. 

Once your return has been received and inspected you will receive an email notification of your refund within 2 business days. Returns will be processed to the original method of payment and can take up to 10 days to appear depending on your bank’s processing time. Any items that are returned damaged, worn, or without tags will not be approved for return. 

Late or Missing Refunds
Please allow us 2 business days after receiving your item to initialize your refund. If you haven’t received a refund after 2 business days, check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If they are unable to see that a refund has been initiated please contact us at 

Damaged/Defective Items
Please send us an email at if you receive a damaged or defective item. 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit in the form of a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves originally, then we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

Please email us before shipping back your return or exchange, otherwise your return may not be authorized. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and initial shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Customs, duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
