Boxing Week Sale Return Policy
All merchandise purchased during the Boxing Week sale, as well as marked down product are FINAL SALE. No refunds, exchanges or price adjustments.
Holiday Return Policy
Any regular priced merchandise purchased as a gift after November 1, 2020 is eligible for our extended holiday return policy.
We will happily exchange the item (while quantities last) or provide a gift certificate (store credit) for the original amount paid until January 4, 2021.
If you wish to exchange or return an item for store credit, you must be in contact with our team at email@example.com before January 4, 2021. The item must then be received by our team no later than January 18, 2021. Anything received after this date will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
Please note that full refunds to the original method of payment will only be accepted within the timeframe of our standard return policy. You must be in contact with our team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving the item in order to be eligible for a full refund. The item must then be received by our team within 14 days of the original delivery date.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must be in contact with our team at email@example.com, within 5 days of receiving the item. The item must then be received by our team within 14 days of the original delivery date. Anything received after this date will not be eligible for refund. All preorder items, if regular price, will be eligible for return within the time period listed above.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please ensure when sending back items they are covered by tissue or plastic to avoid it getting dirty or damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 2 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (this depends on your banks processing time)
Late or missing refunds
Please allow us 2 business days after receiving your item to initialize the refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All items bought on sale are FINAL SALE. They may not be refunded or exchanged. No Exceptions.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and once you receive approval from us, please send your item to:

Please fill out your refund/ exchange card and include your name, order number and clarify if you are returning or exchanging. Additionally, please ensure you wrap it appropriately to avoid any damage to the garment.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Please email us before shipping back your return or exchange, otherwise your return may not be authorized.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Customs, Duties and Taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
