Designer, Emma Knudsen, has over 10 years experience in the fashion and retail industry. From 6+ years in retail to marketing, merchandising and design, Emma has seen every aspect of the industry. Shortly after graduating from London College of Fashion, she worked for companies such as LFW Designer Roksanda Ilincic, Oak + Fort, Kit and Ace and Plenty.
Despite her experience in the fashion industry, she was continually told she did not have enough experience to land a design role- that is when Emma Knudsen, the label, was born. In February of 2016, Emma Knudsen decided to start her own line of handmade women's clothing on Etsy. She created all of the patterns and produced every single order. In Fall 2017 we launched our first fully manufactured collection, moved from Vancouver to Kelowna and had the brand in over 8 stores for its first season.
You can expect comfortable, minimal silhouettes paired with fun prints and quality fabrics. The brand is minimal, yet feminine and offers a little something for everyone.
Most importantly, we are proud to announce that all of our product is Designed and Made in Canada in Vancouver, BC. We love to be able to support local businesses and ensure our products are being made in a responsible and ethical manner, while still keeping prices as reasonable as possible for our customers.
